There are a number of ways to submit a ticket in the Client Support Portal. When you request services through our Service Catalog, your request is automatically routed to the relevant team so we can get right to work.
If you no longer need work done on an open ticket, you can withdraw the request to notify the technician that the issue is no longer affecting you.
