Press the Windows Button on your keyboard or navigate to the search bar at the bottom of your screen.
Once you press the windows button or the search bar, you need to type in 'Control Panel'
You will want to open the application by clicking on it or pressing the 'open' button. Once you do you will see this new menu below;
Once this is open you will want to navigate to the search bar in the top right, labeled 'search control panel'. In there, type 'Sound'
Once here, left click sound.
Once that is open, please ensure the correct devices are set by clicking the device and clicking the "set default" button in the bottom right. The "recording" tab is for your microphone, and the "playback" tab is for the sound coming to you.
