The Service Catalog is where you go to find help/submit support tickets- here is a guide to help you find what you need
From the Front Page- there are two methods to access the Service Catalog
Click on the link: Need Help? Click the bear to submit a ticket!
or you can also use click the word "Services" in the blue bar at the top of the screen.
Searching by Category
- Navigate to the Client Portal at https://dmacc.link/help
- In the top right corner, click Sign In - use your DMACC email login credentials.
- At the top of the page, click Services -
At the time that this article was written, DMACC students only have access to submit a General Service/Information Request form/service. The DMACC Staff/Faculty catalog has multiple services/forms to choose from.
Searching the Client Portal
- Navigate to the Client Portal at https://dmacc.link/help
- In the top right corner, click Sign In - use your DMACC email login credentials.
- In the top right corner, click on the globe icon to the left of the search bar
- From the options, click Services
- Enter your search terms in the search bar and hit Enter or click the magnifying glass
- Scroll through the results to find the service you are interested in or use the search bar at the top of the page to search again
