How to Add Multiple Attachments to Your Request
When filling out your request form, please note that the Attachments field on the form only accepts one attachment at a time. But don't worry – you can add more attachments after you submit your form!
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Fill Out and Submit the Form:
Complete the form with all the necessary information and attach your first (and only allowed) file in the attachments field. Then submit the form.
- View Your Request:
After submission, you will see an option that says "View the request you just created". Click on that option to access your ticket.
This ticket view also shows comments, the status of your request, and allows you to set reminders.
- Add More Attachments:
In your ticket view, locate the "Add attachment" button.
Click the "Add attachment" button. A new window will pop up that lets you select and upload another attachment.
- Repeat as Needed:
Although each new upload window only allows one attachment at a time, you can keep repeating this process to add as many attachments as you need. After each upload, the new file will appear in the "Attachments" section.
Note: The "View Request" page is not only for adding attachments but also for checking the status of your ticket, adding comments, and setting reminders. Make sure to explore these features for better tracking of your request.
