How to submit a ticket/service request through the Client Support Portal

Overview

There are a number of ways to submit a ticket in the Client Portal. When you request services through our Service Catalog, your request is automatically routed to the relevant team so we can get right to work.

Instructions

From the Front Page

  1. Navigate to the Client Portal at https://dmacc.link/help
  2. In the top right corner, click Sign In - use your DMACC login credentials.
  3. In the middle of the Client Portal home page, click the Need Help? Submit a ticket! link or by clicking on the "Services" link near the top of the page.
  4. Choose the catalog type that is relevant to your relationship at DMACC.
  5. From the list of service types, click the name of the service that most closely resembles your issue. Each option will provide context as to what that service includes and typically will provide a red button with the option to submit a ticket

(Note: At the time that this article was written, DMACC students only have access to submit a General Service/Information Request form/service. The DMACC Staff/Faculty catalog has multiple services/forms to choose from.)

  6. If prompted, sign in using your account credentials.
  7. Fill out the form, providing as much detail as possible
    • Note that required fields have an asterisk (*) next to them
  8. At the bottom of the form, click the blue Request to submit the form.

Note: that it is highly suggested that DMACC Staff/Faculty use a specific service/form to request assistance, as using the General Service/Information Request form may result in longer delays.

Upon submitting your request, you will have the option to view your existing request or submit another one. See this Related Article to the right for instructions viewing your existing tickets.
