Searching the Knowledge Base

Overview

There are number of ways to find content in the Knowledge Base.

Instructions

From the Front Page

The front page of the Client Portal lists Popular Articles. Click these to immediately go to a specific Knowledge Base article.

Alternately, click Search the Client Portal to search for Knowledge Base articles.
 

Searching by Category

  1. Navigate to the Client Portal at https://dmacc.link/help
  2. In the top right corner, click Sign In
  3. At the top of the page, click Knowledge Base
  4. Use the Popular Articles or Recent Articles boxes on the right side of the page to view commonly viewed articles.
  5. Click on a Category to view articles on that topic. Alternately, in the top right corner of the white area of the page, use the Search This Category box to find articles within the category you are in.

Searching the Client Portal

  1. Navigate to the Client Portal at https://dmacc.link/help
  2. In the top right corner, click Sign In
  3. In the top right corner, click on the globe icon to the left of the search bar
  4. From the options, click Knowledge Base
  5. Enter your search terms in the search bar and hit Enter or click the magnifying glass
  6. Scroll through the results to find the Knowledge Base article you are interested in or use the search bar at the top of the page to search again

Advanced Search

  1. Navigate to the Client Portal at https://dmacc.link/help
  2. In the top right corner, click Sign In
  3. At the top of the page, click Knowledge Base
  4. On the sub-menu that appears, click Search
  5. Use the advanced search menu to specify Knowledge Base articles by search term, status, category, owner, and more
  6. When you are happy with the filters, click Search
