How do I clear my cache on a Chromebook?

  • Open the Chrome browser on your Chromebook.
  • Click the three vertical dots in the top-right corner of the browser.
  • Select "Settings" from the drop-down menu near the bottom.
  • Click "Privacy and security" in the left-hand Settings menu.
  • Click "Delete browsing data."
  • In the dialog box, under the "Basic" tab, ensure the following options are checked:
    • Cookies and other site data
    • Cached images and files
  • At the top, select "All time" from the time range drop-down menu.
  • Click "Delete data."
  • Close the settings tab and Chrome, then reopen the browser.
