When it comes to this error this is usually caused because the meeting was embedded onto canvas rather than linked properly, so there should be a link at the top of the screen where you can access the meeting that says "Video meeting Link ->" and if you click that at the top it will ask for you to hit "Allow" on the microphone and web cam and should let you into the meeting.
