*DMACC Personal Computer Equipment and Software Support Policy*

For personal computers and equipment, DMACC offers limited technical support for issues related to online classes only.

We do not provide the following services:

  • Virus, adware, and spyware removal
  • Home network, including wireless support
  • Hardware repairs
  • Operating system reinstallation
  • Advanced software support
     

MyLab is a virtual DMACC computer at https://mylab.dmacc.edu, and is available for current students, faculty, and staff.

Each DMACC campus has open computer labs available for current students, faculty, and staff. Lab locations are posted HERE.
