What is Microsoft Viva?
Microsoft Viva is a Microsoft application that monitors your Microsoft Account and assist with reminders and possible follow ups to your emails. The emails will come from viva-noreply@microsoft.com. You are subscribed to Microsoft Viva automatically when you are setup with an Office 365 email account.
How to Unsubscribe from Microsoft Viva emails:
You should be able to stop these by scrolling to the bottom of the email and hitting unsubscribe at the bottom.
Right below that button, it will then display the message "Are you sure you want to unsubscribe?" - Make sure to click the YES button that will display on the right-hand side.
