What to do if Blackboard fails to sign you in via myDMACC
What to do if Blackboard fails to sign you in via myDMACC
If Blackboard fails to sign you in via myDMACC, clear your browser cache, or try a different browser first.
You can also bypass myDMACC and log into Blackboard directly at
https://dmacc.blackboard.com
with the same username and password.
To clear your browser cache:
open your internet browser and follow the steps below:
(If you're using Safari skip steps 1&2)
1. Press Crtl+Shift+Del
2. A window will pop up
Internet Explorer: Select "Temporary Internet files and website files", "Cookies and website data", and then press Delete.
Google Chrome: Set "Obliterate the following items from:" to "the beginning of time" and then select "Cookies and other site and plug-in data", and "Cached images and files" and then press Clear browsing data.
Mozilla Firefox: Set "Time range to clear" to "everything". Then select "Cookies", and "Cache". Then press Clear Now.
Safari: Click on "Safari" in the top left corner (next to the Apple logo). Then select "Preferences". Then select the tab "Privacy". Next select "Remove all website data", and confirm the removal of the website data. Close all Safari windows then re-open Safari and try to log in.
After you have followed these steps, close your browser (every open window) and then re-open it.
