First, you will need to look up your current PIN in myDMACC.
When you're on MyDMACC- Click the Students tab on the top ribbon
Next, on Web Info System to expand the Web Info System student menu.
You should see that View PIN is an option- click it to view your PIN.
Next, log into https://web4.dmacc.edu to set up your permanent PIN. The first time you log in, you will receive a prompt to change it.
Your new PIN must be 6 characters exactly and contain letters and numbers.
Once complete, enter your DMACC ID number and new PIN into the smartphone app and you should be good to go.
