The following steps will assist you in turning the clutter feature off.
1. Log into WebMail or click the Webmail button from within myDMACC.
2. Choose "Settings" (upper right corner).
3. Click "Mail" under "My app settings".
4. Click "Clutter" (left column).
5. Uncheck "Separate items identified as Clutter".
6. Click "Save".
