Please connect with the building/room administrator for a Meeting Owl you can use. Systems Integration no longer sets up Meeting Owls for events. We’ve provided multiple Owl cameras to the various buildings on Ankeny campus, purchased by Systems Integration, to be used as needed by staff and faculty. The Owl cameras are easy to setup, one power cable and one USB cable, and are ready to go shortly after being connected. With the increasing number of virtual meetings and classes involving the Owl cameras, we’d like staff to get more comfortable using this technology.
Systems Integration is still available for support if there are issues with the camera not working, but due to staffing shortages, we ask for your cooperation with setting up these Owl cameras. If additional Owl cameras are needed, please let us know and we’ll bring over any extras that are available.
