Videos won't Run in Safari
You have to allow Safari to accept cookies and prevent cross-site tracking
Here's how you do it.
1. go to the top left of Safari
2. Click on Settings
3. Under Privacy make sure the "Prevent cross-site tracking" is UNCHECKED
4. Refresh the Blackboard page and the video should be able to play.
