1.  Type Update in your search bar by the Windows start button.

2. Choose "Check for updates". (Don't click the Gray box in the next step)

3.  Choose the link that says, "Check online for updates from Microsoft Update", blue text

4. Let it run. Occasionally check on progress and for prompts to restart. You will want to wait until all updates have either disappeared, or say "Pending restart". At this set, close all open applications, and click the "Restart now" button. (Note: This may take some time, depending on the size and number of updates)

Lenovo Vantage

Another way to update your computer is using Lenovo vantage, this will help keep your hardware as up to date as it can be.

When you open this application, there will be a check for system updates button. Click on that and scan for updates. After it detects updates ensure to install the updates.

Please note some updates will warn you if it will require a restart so save your work before initiating a restart for an update.
