Adding an Outlook profile to a MAC computer

1) Open Outlook and sign in with your account 

2) Select System Preferences for Outlook

3) Select Delegation and Sharing

4)Select shared with me and click the + icon

5) Type in the shared email in the search and select add

6) Replace the shared inbox email with your personal email and sign in

7) Complete the MFA requirements:
