DMACC Network Account Holders (Students, Staff, Faculty)

For the best service, please sign into the Support Portal before submitting a request:

  • Click the "sign in" button in the upper-right hand corner using your DMACC credentials.
  • If you need assistance with your DMACC credentials, please reach out to the Tech Support team at 515-965-7300, as we do not provide support for login credentials online.

After signing in:

  • DMACC Students: Submit your request through the Support Portal for the most efficient service.
  • DMACC Staff/Faculty: Use the DMACC Staff/Faculty Service Catalog within the Support Portal to find the form that matches your request/issue. Alternatively, you can contact the Tech Support team at 515-965-7300.
