Note: This form is for new requests to VPN access only.
If you are needing access to the VPN, please have your supervisor reach out to Tech Support requesting access on your behalf, as well as stating the reason you will need access. Once Tech Support receives that request, it will be routed to the Network Security team to grant you access.
If you have already been granted access, but are having issues with connecting to the VPN, please submit a network connection issue.
Instructions on how to connect to the VPN network can be found HERE.
Note: You cannot access VPN when on campus. If you are on campus, please use the wired or wireless network services.
Virtual Private Network (VPN) enables you to connect your DMACC-issued laptop to the DMACC network when you are off campus, allowing you to access resources that are normally restricted to those using the on-campus network.
If you need immediate access to resources on the DMACC network- you can still access the DMACC network by utilizing the MyLab application/virtual machine. (Please note: You cannot save files to the desktop or folders within MyLab, as they will wipe at the end of your session. Please see This article on how to save files from MyLab to your personal computer).
