Note: Your iOS version must be version 11.3.1 or greater in order to receive DMACC emails on your Apple device.
On your Apple device, open the Settings app. It looks like this...
In the Settings app, select General on the left pane. This should be one of the first options, if not the very first option. On the right pane, select About.
After selecting About, look on the right pane for Software Version. Look to the right of that to determine what your iOS version is.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Once you've verified your iOS version and it's above the minimum version, scroll down on the left pane and select Passwords & Accounts. On the right pane, select Add Account.
You will be presented with a list of email service providers. Select Microsoft Exchange.
You will be prompted to enter an email address. Enter your DMACC email address.
The Description field determines what the name of the email inbox will be. For example, entering DMACC will mean the inbox in your email app will be listed as "DMACC".
When ready, select Next.
Once you've entered your DMACC email address and inbox description and select Next, you will be asked whether you want to Configure Manually or Sign In. Select Sign In.
Do not select Configure Manually. This will ask you for email server and domain information which you'll have no way of knowing.
After selecting Sign In, you will be automatically brought to the myDMACC login page. Please enter your password you would normally use to log in to myDMACC.
Once you log in, you will be brought back to the Settings app. You will be asked whether you want to synchronize your emails, contacts, calendars, reminders, and notes to your DMACC inbox on your Apple device. We recommend leaving all of these on for the sake of consistency with your DMACC email across all your devices. When ready, select Save.
At this point, you'll be briefly notified of the email inbox being added to your Apple device. If you return to Passwords & Accounts in the Settings app, you should see your DMACC email inbox in the list of accounts. The inbox name will be whatever you entered in the Description field earlier in this setup.
From this point, you should be able to access your DMACC email inbox in your desired mail app. It may take several minutes for all your email content to synchronize with your Apple device.
