Summary

Did you know that you can save files from MyLab onto your personal computer? Here are instructions on how to access that feature

Body

Please note: This only allows you to save files from MyLab directly onto your computer. There is currently no way to transfer files from your personal computer onto the MyLab/VMWare client.

1. Go to mylab.dmacc.edu and select the “Install VMWare Horizon Client” (if you haven’t installed it already) and choose the download for your operating system.

By default it may download the installer to your Downloads folder. But, it is always worth checking where it will install before clicking save. The selected file location will be written in the file location above your downloaded files, as indicated by the red arrow.

You can always select a different folder from the column on the left of the download window, so make sure you know where the file will be downloaded to before you click save.

Once the file is downloaded you can either click the file from the drop down button from your web browser...
