Occasionally you will need to access the service/debug panel for touch tvs if the touch isn't functioning properly. There should be a remote in the instructor station drawer, grab that and hold input for roughly 5-10 seconds then immediately hit 1379. This should open the Debug/Service panel.
To recalibrate go to TouchTools menu and hit reset.
