Directions for Students reserving Student Study Rooms at the Urban Campus

Body

Purpose

Skedda is used to reserve time in the student study rooms at the following locations:

  • DMACC Urban Campus, Building 7, Rooms 239 & 240

Login Instructions

  1. Scan the QR code on the front of the scheduling panel for the room you want to reserve
  2. OR go to the following URL: https://app.skedda.com/account/externallogin?returnUrl=https%3A%2F%2Fdmacc.skedda.com%2Fbooking&provider=Saml2  Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  3. At the login page, select “Log in with EntraID.”Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  4. Log in using your DMACC Credentials.

How to Reserve a Student Study Room

  1. After logging in, you should see a New Booking page.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  2. Select the Space you want to reserve.
    • Rooms are labeled using the campus, building, and room number (for example: Student Collaboration UC07‑240). 

  3. Complete all required fields, including a Booking Title, then select Confirm.
  4. You will receive an email confirmation once the booking is successfully created

Room Status Display

  1. When a room is currently in use or reserved, the display panel will turn red and show the room as "Reserved."
  2. The daily schedule will appear below the current time on the display. Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)

Important Notes

  • Reservations are required to ensure availability.
  • Cancel bookings promptly if plans change.
