So someone is calling and needing assistance with adding a Yubikey on a MAC, first thing to note is only Google Chrome works for this setup. Both Firefox and Safari are too secure for it and will cause errors. Follow the next steps on Chrome:
1. Go to MFA.dmacc.edu and sign in with your dmacc account. Once there click "Add Authentication Method"
2. In the drop down please click the "Security Key" option.
3. After selecting USB Security device, follow the next steps to get it added. It will ask for permission and it needs to be allowed.
4. After allowing it will want you to create a 4 digit PIN and then have you put a finger on the yubikey.
5. Once this is done it will ask for a name for the yubikey.
6. After this it will be added and you will sign in using this device from now on. Please remove any past authentication methods as this will be the default.
