Resolve Permissions Issues for Kaltura in FireFox

If you are unable to access Kaltura in FireFox, you may need to enable Cross Site Tracking. You can do this by following the steps below:

1) Navigate to Firefox “Settings” > “Privacy & Security,”

2) Click on "Privacy and Security"

3) Scroll to “Cookies and Site Data” > click “Manage Exceptions.”

4) In the “Address of website” add kaltura.com and click “Allow” to add it, then click “Save Changes.” 

5) Restart the browser by closing out of it completely and open a new window

You should now be able to access Kaltura!
