Step 1) Open File Explorer
Step 2) Type \\anps02 at the top and hit enter
Step 3) Find your printer through the list
*Note printers are in alphabetical order based on a specific template: Campus-Building-Room-Printer
Step 4) Once you find the printer you want to add, double-click on it.
Step 5) Open Printers & Scanners on your computer and now the printer you added will show up on your list.
Step 6 ) To set the printer as the default printer or print a test page, select Manage
Step 7) In the next window, click Set as default or Print a test page
