If your name is spelled incorrectly or your name has been changed, please follow these steps to get it changed.
- If you are a student and need your name changed, please contact Academic Records at 515-964-6396
- If you are DMACC staff or faculty, please contact HR at 515-964-6301
The new name must be changed in Banner first before IT can change your name on all other systems.
Once your name has been changed/corrected, Tech Support can update your DMACC username to reflect that change.
