To satisfy course prerequisites, please send us a copy of your unofficial transcript(s) from any previous institution(s).
Taking a math class? Send your unofficial transcript OR proof of appropriate ALEKS score (completed within previous 18 months) to registration@dmacc.edu.
An unofficial transcript must show the institution, your full name, semester completed, and final grade.
Proof of ALEKS Assessment (from another institution) must include the test score, date completed and your full name.
When sending prerequisite documentation, please include your DMACC ID# and the course you wish to take at DMACC.
