Quality points are the points assigned to each class in order to determine your GPA. You take the numeric grade equivalent (4 for an A, 3 for a B and so on) and multiply that by the amount of credits. That gives you your quality points. You then divide your quality points by the total amount of credits you are taking in a term to determine your GPA.
