FERPA / Registrar's Office

FERPA, a Federal Law, prevents us from providing account information to anyone other than the student directly.  This includes high school students under the age of 18 attending a post secondary institution. More Information is available in the following link.  https://www.dmacc.edu/ferpa/Pages/ferpafaq.aspx

You can have access to your student's college records by requesting that he or she provide the information to you or sign a release form so that a college official can provide it to you. Release forms are available in the Student Services office of every DMACC Campus. You can also print a copy using the following link. https://www.dmacc.edu/ferpa/documents/ES4600%20Final%20-%20Student%20Consent%20to%20Release%20Information%20-%20Fillable%20Form.pdf

You may also contact Heidi Heilskov, Assistant Registrar, by phone at 515-964-6564 or by email at haheilskov@dmacc.edu for support and assistance with questions about personal information.
