If a student has agreed to receive their 1098-T form electronically, it will be available in the Banner Self Service mid-January. For students not receiving a 1098-T electronically, physical copies will be mailed via USPS by the end of January. Student Tax information - Form 1098-T - is available online to print through your myDMACC:
- Go to the DMACC website at: https://www.dmacc.edu/Pages/welcome.aspx
- Select myDMACC (upper center).
- After logging in, Go to "Tools" and select "Financial" and then "1098T Tax Form."
- Click Select Tax Year
Paper 1098-T forms are mailed to students with the address on record the end of January. You can change your mailing address through myDMACC.
- Go to the DMACC website at: https://www.dmacc.edu/Pages/welcome.aspx
- Select myDMACC (upper center).
- After logging in, Go to "Tools" and select "Academic Records" and then "Personal Information"
- Edit Personal Information as needed
If you no longer have access to myDMACC, you can mail or fax an address change form into the Academic Records department. The form can be found at this site https://internal.dmacc.edu/registrar/academicrecords/Pages/changes.aspx.
