How do I cancel my membership?

To cancel your month to month membership you must do the following:

  • Go to www.mytrailpoint.com 
  • Click Memberships > Pricing
  • Scroll to the FAQ, click on the Cancellation Request Form

Effective 3/1/2024, Trail Point no longer offers the option to freeze memberships. Instead of freezing memberships, if a member decides to cancel their membership in good standing, but wishes to rejoin within three (3) months of the cancellation date, the joiner's fee will be waived at the time of rejoining.
