What are age guidelines within the facility

General Guidelines

  • Ages 3 months – 8 years must be checked into Kids Zone when parent/guardian is using facility/equipment OR they must be directly supervised by parent/guardian/sibling 16+ on the first floor
  • For everyone’s safety, children under the age of 9 are not allowed on the second-floor
  • Ages 9-12 years are allowed in the following areas on the first-floor without direct supervision as long as a parent/guardian 16+ is in the facility:
    • Lobby/lounge; racquetball courts; basketball/volleyball courts
  • Ages 9-12 years are allowed to use cardio/weight equipment on the west side of the second-floor while under direct supervision of the parent/guardian 16+
  • Ages 9-12 years are not permitted past the entrance of the Cycling Studio on the second-floor
  • Ages 12 years and under cannot be in the facility without adult supervision or a 16+ sibling present
  • Ages 13+ can use all areas of the facility without adult supervision
  • Ages 16+ can supervise younger siblings without an adult present
  • Ages 18+ can sponsor guests

Lap Pool

  • All children 12 years and under must pass a swim test
  • All children 12 years and under must have a parent/guardian 16+ present on the pool deck – even if the child has passed the swim test
  • Guardian must be at least 16 years of age or older
  • Ages 13+ are not required to take a swim test

Leisure Pool

  • Children must be at least 3 months old to be in the pool
  • Children 8 years and under must have a parent/guardian 16+ in the pool with them at all times
  • Children 9-12 years are allowed in the Leisure Pool with a parent/guardian 16+ on the pool deck
  • Guardian must be at least 16 years of age or older

Group Fitness Classes

  • Ages 13+ can attend any group fitness class

Kids Zone

  • Children must be on a family membership in order to be checked into Kids Zone
  • Children are able to be checked into Kids Zone for up to 2 hours, once per day
  • Children are able to attend Kids Zone between ages 3 months – 8 years
  • Once children turn 9 years old they are no longer eligible to be checked into Kids Zone

Fitness Equipment

  • Ages 9-12 are allowed to use cardio/weight equipment on the west side of the second-floor while under direct supervision of a parent/guardian
  • Ages 9-12 are not permitted to use equipment beginning at the entrance of the Cycling Studio
  • Ages 13+ may use all cardio/weight equipment on the second-floor
