Finding Your Building and Room Number
When submitting a maintenance request, you will be asked to select your building and room location.
- Building: Select the housing building where the issue is located (1301, 1303, 1305, 1307, or 1309).
- Room Number: The first digit identifies the floor.
- 1xx = First Floor
- 2xx = Second Floor
- 3xx = Third Floor
- Examples: Room 104 is on the first floor, Room 207 is on the second floor, and Room 309 is on the third floor.
- Specific Area: After selecting the room, choose the affected area such as Bedroom A, Bedroom B, Bedroom C, Bedroom D, Bathroom A, Bathroom B, or Common Area.
Reporting Network or Internet Issues
If your issue involves internet connectivity, Wi-Fi access, network performance, or other technology-related network problems, do not submit a Housing Maintenance Request.
Instead, submit a Network Issue Report using the appropriate service request form.
